Seriously, lets all try and make this one, maybe we can talk about some rides we would like to do this next year cooldude and start making some plans Smiley. I'd really like to be with you all, but that's a far away location for me.

The earliest I can get away on a Saturday is normally 10:00.  I tried to cut away a half hour early once before and it didn't work out so well.

Truthfully I'm likely working for my employer that particular weekend anyway.

See you all soon.

Okay. 1 week away. The extended weather forecast looking good. Pam and I plan on being there. And possibly Lane. Anyone else planning on going?

I am wanting to. That does not mean i will make it yet, but i am thinking about it.

Extended forecast is looking great, and might even ride down.

Does anyone know if all the snow and wet is off the roads in that area yet?

Okay I made a reservation for 10-15 for 11:45 at the 160 Cafe in Burden, Ks. under Kansas Valkyrie Riders. I am still in limbo, wish I could be specific, but Uncle Pete is not cooperating with my desires. A Doctors appointment next week will not allow me to take off work for this as I planned. Cyndi has been off since Tuesday with a pinched nerve in her neck and back causing her a lot of pain. Not sure she will be able to make it either. So what am I saying. Everyone please come on out and have a good time as we always do! I know most of you come to see ME, but there are other great people in this group!! LOL! I am still hoping to be there. I know they have some pie with my name on it!

I have to get some work done on my bale truck this weekend. Not sure how much time it is going to take, but if i plan on riding, sure enough it will take an hour longer than i was gone on a ride.

Had a great time with my friends in Burden.  What a large chicken fried steak!  I would've loved to have a slice of that possum pie but I'm being good.  Those were huge!

Little windy in the rides.  Thanks, Dana, for that run up the really cool road to KS400.  Got a little colder as I got nearer home.  Nice day.

Always a great time when the Kansas folks get together.

Sorry i missed it guys, i really wanted to be there. I just had other things that had to be done while it was nice, and walla, i got them done!.

Converted the 47 dodge truck to 12 volt so i could move hay saturday afternoon for the horses. No more screwing around with that old 6 volt battery, and hard starting.

Sunday we put 4 new replacement windows in the house.  We have decided to take all of our vacation money this year and get this house sealed up and insulated. We have a long list, but every week we put back some money, and every couple weeks we get into something else and check one more thing off the list.

Last weekend was just to darn nice to not get some of that stuff done. But i really wanted to ride as well!

No problem Dalen, we all understand and can relate. There is a chance every month with this group so maybe next time.
