When using mighty vac to suck out clutch fluid at the bleeder nipple is the clutch pulled in or left alone.

You want to make it easier and faster, replace all your bleeders with Speed Bleeders; both front brakes, rear, and clutch. I did it and haven't used my Mity Vac for a couple years.
