#19 seems like it would be more difficult to walk around in parking spaces at slow speeds. But I can't tell. Wouldn't mind giving it a ride...the bike that is.

Akira the animated Japanese movie had a sweet bike that  a modern after market supplier is offering kits to fit scooters to recreate. Where are they?
