The schedule of events is not done yet. Kick off for the event will be Sunday evening with a free supper being provided by the VRCC. The busiest days as far as activities at the hotel are the last two. We usually have a blood drive, tech sessions, bike show, Valkyrie rodeo, blow out party, banquet, poker run, ect. Don't count out the first two days though. There are plenty of activities and people to meet throughout the event. When registration opens get a room at ground zero and try to make as much of the event as possible. You won't regret it.  cooldude

We announce ground zero as soon as the hotel is ready to take the reservations and the registration page is up and running. We have the entire hotel blocked so you will not have a problem securing a room. We will be ready soon.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that it benefits the staff in getting the lowest room rates, if they can guarantee the hotel that we as a group will occupy X number of rooms.  Staying at a hotel or campground other than ground zero doesn't help the cause.  Plus it is more convenient for you as well to be where the events and people are.  If the rooms sell out, by all means, stay where you can, but ground zero is where it's at!

Am I correct that the room rates are already set? Was it $90 single and $100 or $110 double. Correct me if I'm wrong. And the ground zero hotel has not been announced yet? Jaybird.

Find the link buried on the General board... InZane Registration is OPEN!!!. 136+ registered as of March 5th. All of the info is there.

Seems to me the thread should reside as a "sticky" on the Inzane board for better exposure to the topic, that leads to better attendance for the event.

I'm either driving a Valkyrie or an Airbus... it just depends on the day of the week.
