Has anyone else noticed that our valks attract beautiful women and kids,?? The lady is usually one of the first things my grandkids want to see when they get here to visit, and  beg for a ride with papa.all  women  are beautiful that ride the lady or have a close association with her owner  even  most of  HD women think she is awesome and will say so if their  driver isnt close enough to hear them say so..Anyone else notice this ?Or  is it just a fact of life??

Most folks ask, What kind of Harley is that bike.

Is that a V-8.

Kids like all motorcycles, woman like Harleys for the most part. Vibration I think, and the sound.

Some like the Valk.

All woman like excitement of motorcycles period.

A Bike is a Bike. The only bad bike is the one that doesn't get ridden. Don't care what you ride If you like it it's a good bike for you!

Santa for the win.
I was on a ride with a different bike under each rider. One of the ladies dropped her glove and a few of us went back. We got it and the group was 5 miles or so.
We gave each other, "The look", an wicks got twisted. I let each gear go to 6k.
That in itself was a thrill. 135mph on the clock, and 4 little dots in the mirror.
When we pulled over for a break they all remarked how they tried to keep up.

My favorite was when guys on Hardleys would ride up to wherever we were stopped and their women would drool all over our Valkyries.  Their little pee=pee's would shrivel up lol.
I never would have even thought to start sizing up peepees, especially when women are drooling over my...anything!  Mase, is there something you're not telling us?  Evil

Right after I got my valk I pulled up to a red light next to two big harleys( ultra glide/road king- don't remember) both with cute passengers. I stopped and greeted them with a nod and looked back at the light. Before the light turned green I looked back and all four of them were staring dead at the motor. The woman farthest from me was standing up on the pegs to see. Shame I was making a right.

Last summer I pulled into a gas station around midnight and there were 3 Harley's getting gas. Had my blue led's on and pulled up to the pumps across from them. I nodded to one of the Harley guys and he nodded back , then his wife/ gf  walked over and kept commenting on how cool my valk looked. You could tell the Harley guy was alittle upset . The girl said she wanted to hear me pull away , noticed my cobra's.

People comment on my bike and even go out of there way to check it out.
But when I see another biker that obviously loves his/her bike I'll comment on it.  They like it and then the mutual admiration society begins.

Since I sold my Valk, attention is one thing that I miss.  The Valk was an eye magnet.

My Vstrom is not.   It looks like a cross between an off road bike and a crotch rocket.

You know what? When I straddle it I no longer see the ugliness.  The L twin's exhaust sound is different, not like the Valk's flat six but it still gives me the satisfaction of riding AND I can still ride a very smooth and fast pace if I want.

Santa is right.

I get positive comments from females all the time, particularly about the color of my jade lady.  This is one of the reasons that I have retained the original paint job.  But the one episode I really remember happened in 2008, on a turnout on US-16A in the Black Hills.  As I returned to my Valk, I noticed a Harley riding guy standing beside my bike, his eyes and mouth wide open and his arms extended, praising the sight of my engine.  His wife/gf was glaring at him with disapproval because he was worshiping a (false idle) Honda.  This is one I will never forget.   Wink

Then there is those that has to bring attention to themselves to get the ladies to look. Fortunately, I've never had a problem getting women to salivate over me regardless if I was driving a minivan, pinto or a hotrod  2funny

On my way to sturgis last year I pulled into a gas station/restaurant. Had to be 30 or so bikes turned around as I was headed inside I turned around and some guy was taking pics of it. Everywhere I went folks would spend more time looking at mine than they would a lot of the others. I think it is because they are unique. I saw 6 valks the whole week at sturgis. I saw hundreds of road glides and street glides all alike only differences most time was color.
As Santa said I don't begrudge anyone for what they choose to ride. On the other hand I have never found a bike that I like the looks of as much as this one. There truly is nothing even close to like it with the exception of the newer generation Hondas that have so much plastic on them thàt all the pretty parts are covered up kinda like a librarian. I like to see the pretty parts and that big chrome covered monstrosity of an engine hanging out the sides reminds me of some other pretty parts that look great hanging out on the opposite sex. Why honda decided to cover it up I will never understand.Nothing made in my mind compares to the raw beauty of a Valk. If I could by a new bike I don't know if I would as nothing out there compares.

I like my Valk as much as I like my individuality. I'm not a mindless drone and don't need to fall n line with the rest of the sheep when it comes to what I ride.

When ever I go on a charity ride or a poker run there are folks that have yet to see one of these Dragons we ride. If they are seeing her for the first time the most asked question(s) is how big is that cursed engine and what does she weigh??  2funny The most fun I have with them is informing them that 99% or more of my chrome is stock!  coolsmiley THAT gets the-ya gots ta be kiddin!!  Grin Uh-no-mostly stock chrome!! Some times-O K-MOST times it is difficult to be humble.  Roll Eyes RIDE SAFE.
