Great work Oz!
Only suggestion, changing the "MOTORCYCLES" to something like "1520cc FLAT SIX CYLINDER" or "1520 FLAT SIX", "SIX CYLINDER",  just something to reflect the "Beef". I realize space is limited.  Might even add "VRCC" in the beach sand between the palms, as we are a proud chapter of a great organization. Perhaps using a forward shadowed font, in black, as the sun would be behind the "VRCC".
Just thinking!

oZ,I like the Darkside tire tracks in the background. Looks good.
I would agree with changing the MOTORCYCLES to something else.

Thanks for working on it Oz.  Maybe change MOTORCYCLES to HONDA, or just MOTORCYCLE leave off the S.

I.M.H.O.
Guess I'm just an oddball but compared to most all the other design , this just looks like a
cheap $5.00 shirt design... Not trying to criticize but it just looks cheap....

Copyright issues keep me from using "Honda" on a design.

I, likewise, love it Oz, and thank you for the new design. You have used the best parts of the old logo and definitely improved on it.  I agree with James on the "Motorcycles" and would love to see "1520-Flat 6" up there. Adding VRCC would be the right thing to do as well. Honor the Parent organization! The design is very nice but is very Red. The background B & W is neat at the top but I personally would like to see a motorcycle silhouette, a Standard probably as they are all Standards at heart, in the middle background ,behind Valkyrie, with a glow or backlight behind it instead of more tire tracks. I so appreciate you guys taking the time to make a new design for us. I can't begin to appreciate how much time goes into something like this. Great Job!! I'm looking forward to ordering our "NEW" shirt.

I got to working on this before I read the latest suggestions. Right now I'm working on VRCC with a shadow on the beach, not in this art. But other changes have been made. Anyway...

I Think It Would Be More Appealing If It Read;

                            FLORIDA

                           VALKYRIE

                Riders                  Cruiser

Yep, something not right with the second one. Almost sounds like Florida then Valkyrie is in reference to a store, like a cycle shop advertisement.

Would almost like to see a Florida State outline with something like
"Florida Riders" in a semi-circle up top. Valkyrie Mototcycles in a semi-circle on the bottom. Maybe your circle with the bike's info in the center of the state outline. Maybe add "There can be only one" below the Valkyrie Motorcycles

+1 with Bert, as the text circle is a little busy. The thinned out shield line in the second version is more appealing. Florida on top is a great change. Anything different planned for the vest? Still pushing for the 1520cc "beef" somewhere.......lol

cooldude Oz, thanks for your patience.

+1 with Bert and James.

As someone who did a lot of logos and corporate identity stuff in a previous, I sympathize with Oz in trying to come  up with something that pleases most people... and getting everyone to agree is like 12 monkeys trying to snuggle a football. (pardon the crudity, but I just love that visual)

Thanks for the effort Oz.

Any new info. regarding these shirts?
Gale contacted me about two or three weeks ago about the design. He felt like maybe we should just do another run of the same design as before. He greatly appreciated the input from all of us and may have felt like he probably would not be able to create something we would all like. The costs associated with doing even the old design have gone up due to the number of colors involved and I believe he fears not being able to sell as many of the same old design. This is a fair point as more shirts = less cost.  I encouraged him to continue with a new design as I felt he was pretty close to something we, the Florida Group, would all be proud of and other VRCC members would also like to purchase as well. He takes this process very seriously and the artist in him was reinvigorated to continue with the new design. I took the liberty of telling him that we were a pretty cooperative bunch and with all the great input of many of our group, he could indeed create a new and better design for us. So we are now waiting for him to put the new prototype out there for us all to see. What ever it may be, all of us will not love it, but I assured him most of us would and in keeping with the palms and sun and bikes we love about the old design, we will enjoy it as our new Florida Logo. Any one who feels like sending him some encouraging nudges, feel free to do so, I'm certain he would appreciate it!  cooldude

Oz...whatever you come up with....new or old....I'm in for at least 2-XXL long sleeve. Multiple color choices will result in me ordering more of them. Left chest pocket would be nice...but I can live without it.

Thanks for all you're doing for us Florida Valk riders...and all the Valk riders wherever they may be.

I like the "motorcycles"  WE all know itsa flat 6, 1520 cc , et. al.  But  for a non motorclclist, seeing it, then they would get it, that a valkyrie is a motorcycle.  jmho   btw  fantastic work, man

Now before any one gets excited about these shirt designs from Oz at F6, please note that the original date of this post is February, 2014. I have not heard from Oz in a very long time and he may not be willing to make them for us. Just an FYI.
