friday. I enjoyed our ride but it was too short. You should have joined us today. It was a good ride. Next time you're up this way let me know. I hope you and Lightfoot have a safe trip home tomorrow.

We did get on the BRP but it was late, like 4 o'clock.  Iris had never seen Fontana Dam and Deals Gap so we did the tour.  We just rode 28 to the dam and then on to the Deals Gap Store.  Didn't ride the gap, just took a couple of pictures.  We came back and got on  the BRP and rode up to Waterock Knob.  Our neighbor in the RV park works there.  We also stopped in Stecoah at the Ironhorse kinda scouting it out for a possible location for next years BBR ride.  Nice place and nice folks, they gave us keys and let us look at the rooms,cabins.
We had a good day, starting to get packed up to head down to the heat tomorrow,leaving early.
