I think it looks promising.  If it works well, it would be worth not having to replace Silver Stars every year or two.

high wattage LEDs run hot and need some type of airflow to last.

some talk here about that

Don't see anything mentioned about the lumens output.

Maybe it was because I run high beam 100% of all day time riding, but an 80 Watt started to "smoke-up" my reflective lens (too hot), so out it came before it was ruined.  Just sayin'

I've been running a 130/90 H4 since 1998 with no degradation of the reflector or lens.  That's 90 watts at least, most of the time, and 130 for more than half of my night riding, here on my rural roads.  Can't imagine why you have a fogging problem with lower power use than mine, for a much shorter time.  Is yours a std/tourer - mine is.  I can't speak from experience on an Interstate.

BTW my 130/90 bulbs typically last 3 years or so, and light up the road clearly for a measured half mile.  That's w/o switching on the A/C landing light spots.  Yeah, my headlight wiring is upgraded with relays and heavy wires and a high-power socket.

The LED "bulb" looks interesting.  I question if it would really work as a retrofit.  Seems to me like  it would provide a very diffused beam rather than a focused one, as the light sources are very spread out on the "bulb" and so won't put the light source at the focus points of the reflector to provide a proper low beam with a cutoff point not to blind drivers, or a high beam projected down the road.
