Where do I buy the clips that hold the front brake pads inplace? My left back clip is missing causing the brakes to clunk when braking. Honda wants $109.00 for a clip that should cost .95 because you have to purchase the entire mount that holds the caliper on.
  Thanks

Yeah, that's not right.  You must have not used the correct part number.

Here ya go.  Part number three, or part number five, you pick.

Probably less than three dollars either.

Sure I saw rear brake!   But here's the front caliper.

Part six and eight.

You'll figure it out!

Thanks for the link, Honda does not offer that part without buying the whole bracket! I guess on a motorcycle that never brakes down they have to make money someway LOL.
   Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!

Are the pads supposed to snap into these clips or just shake around on the one pin holding them in? Gettling a lot of rattle when riding and I know it is the brake pads not pulling away from the rotors enough. Might do a brake fluid flush and see if that helps with the release. I understand these brakes do not have a forced release, just a pressure bleed when you release the brake handle.

Pinwall cycle (salvage)

It's a crapload easier to just call them and ask for what you want, than plod through their website for two days.

I went thru the same thing . If you do a search for different models and years you con find the same clip sold separately for a lot cheaper. I posted about it back then with year/model.
