I just found one of Chet's kick shifter arms with only one hole for a forward peg. I see pictures of arms with two and  three holes.

What was the production history of these gems with the different holes?

It came in the factory packaging with the rattlebars yellow instructions and rattlebars ziplock parts bag with sticker.
