while waiting on others to ride i was listening to my radio ('99 interstate).  like a fool i turned the switch on (not acc.) and ran the battery down.  needles to say when my friends arrived the fat lady wouldn't start.  i let it sit for a few min it growled once then the unwanted click, click, click.  waited a few more min. & rolled it off with no problem.  now the radio, cb, & intercom will not work.  the fuel gauge and clock are working (clock needs to be reset but controles will not allow me to).  i have looked at all the fuses i can find and all are good.  any suggestions where to go now?

thanks,

you drained the battery to the point it just clicked, which is enough to shut off the radio. your probably going to have to press the button to turn the radio back on and adjust all your settings

That was tactful. cooldude
I won't mention how long it took me to figure out how to put the CB audio in the headset.
Seemed crazy, radio in headset, CB in speakers.

That`s one of the advantages of AZ. Never have to change clocks for DST

You can put the radio (Ipod etc) on one set and the CB on the other? Without the CB killing the tunes? I would really like to know how, as I've been told that the CB will always kill the tunes. I want to install a power amp for the radio without the CB interfering...

Adjusting the squelch on the CB should allow you to hear the tunes, except for when you are receiving a transmission on the CB. cooldude
