Will join you somewhere close to the intersection of 205 and 80.  With that route and you leading, I'm prepared for the u-turns!  Sorry, Bro, couldn't resist.  See ya Sunday. L

It might be just a few or 2.  I think we need to have more group rides but we need more to volunteer to lead and plan them.  It's not just up to the Prez and VP to do this - that's a sure way to burn 'em out.  Anyone can lead a ride.

Everything is voluntary so if someone wants to ride, they ride.  Else, they do other things.

I used to worry about it when I scheduled rides, pre-rode them, wrote out directions, made reservations, etc. and few, if any, showed up.  Now I plan rides I want to go on and if someone else comes along, great. As this is a trip I've made before, no pre-ride or new directions needed.  Just copy the old directions and hope my memory is still good enough to find the way.

If we are the only 2 on the ride, then I will be very happy to ride with you and see if my old Valk can keep up with your new machine.

Will see you Sunday.

New battery installed, bike washed, bugs from 6 months ago washed off.  It was nice to be in the saddle after so much time off.

I'll see those who brave the elements tomorrow.

I'll miss being there to see Mark back in the saddle and seeing everyone, but I can't make it. Be safe and have fun.

Looks like me and you, Doc.  Still want to go?  I've got the new hand-muffs on the controls (they are black, but it sounds like they should be pink, doesn't it?).  New Refrigi-wear gloves, same old, scarred up leather jacket.  So I'm heading over in about an hour.

It was good riding with you, Grego.  It was great seeing Doc's new ride, his Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 cruiser.  Lots of nice features and fuel injection.   And it's maroon! Gig-em!

A picture of the intrepid travelers

Nobody liked their meringue pies:

Yeah, it was cold when we started (37 degrees) but nice when we finished.  A good ride and a little scary entering the first sweeping turn, but got the feel back by the 2nd one.  So gggrrrreeeeeaaaattt to be riding again.
