I do not need another trailer to store along with my boat, utility & snowmobile trailers.  What do all you all think about this one?

Ace - Motorcycle Trailerpowered by Aeva

I love the concept but I wonder about it carrying a Valk over hundreds of miles.

Instead of buying that trailer, rent a motorcycle trailer from U-Haul.

It has a mounted ramp gate on the rear, and a little 'V' in the front panel for the front wheel.

They are a very strong trailer.

My son-in-law from Alaska, blew a clutch out of his Wing and rented a U-Haul and bought a pickup to pull it with.    He gave my daughter the excuse he needed a pickup.

When ya tie it down, use the lower engine guard on the bottom, pull forward, the shock will go down about 2" max,    Rear end: Tie the strap to the frame rail or the lower brace on the saddle bag and make it pull to the rear.   Tighten it till when you rock the bike, the trailer follows right in step.    About 50 miles or less out, stop and retighten the straps.

TURN OFF the gas, and pull the key.   Over the rough road my son-in-law's key fell out.   He was lucky, I had a extra.   Mailed it to him and it got there a day after he arrived.

The 2 following pictures will give you an idea as to where to ty and the angle to make them pull on the bike.   If ya have questions, send me a PM.

I had a flip up trailer made for bikes and got rid of it, I wasn't comfortable with using it.  And it was bigger than that one you showed.  IMO I would pass on that one..

Looks a bit scarey to me when loading the bike,, got to straddle the trailer wheel while running the bike up.  I wouldn't even think about it unless I was a LOT bigger.

Plus,, I would want something a bit more substantial to put my bike on.

Why not use a utility trailer with a ramp, and wheel stop that is removable from the deck. That has always worked well for me. If the ramp is too steep just run the tongue jack out and reduce the angle so the frame doesn't drag.
No need to store another trailer.

There is one on CL for $1200. Also, a SoCal member has(?) one for sale. I wanted to trade him for mine + some bucks
but he wants cash. Smiley

I believe it might still be in our classifieds, but it's been a while!
I do like it. Smiley

Perhaps a PM to him would help in your evaluation of it.  Smiley
I like it but it's too much $$$$ for my needs.  Lips Sealed

+1 for the U-Haul motorcycle trailer. I've used one at least a dozen times and you can't beat it for 15 bucks per day. Light and pulls effortlessly.

I use a Baxley Wheel Chock in my util trailer.  When its not in the trailer I use it daily to park the valk on and keep it upright/vertical.  Useful when doing oil changes and other maintenance too.

I've also got one for the Suzuki Bandit.

Those wheel chocks are the best thing since sliced bread to trailer your bikes with.

I have an Aluma Model 6310 single axle with the bi-fold gate. With the gate, spare tire and stone guard it was about $3000 2 years ago. It works great, is light, and pulls smoothly. It's big enough to use for hauling other stuff too. Aluminum = no rust.

Also here's a thread from the Texas board, lots of choices out there.
