Someone on here has recently installed a Rostra, but I'm thinking he had an I/S .. If using on a std. or tourer you'd need to add in a pickup for the speed sensor. I have a rostra, and have installed a control panel at the left mirror and put a magnetic pickup at the rear wheel but haven't yet mounted the rest of it. (No garage and when it's nice enough to ride, well,,,,,,you know).

Thank You!! I have the audiovox but it is starting to act up... I put in in about ten yrs ago... I would really like to try the rostra, I was thinking of splicing the speedo cable and put a vss generator right in the cable. Any opinions and or ideas are really appreciated. Thanks Again, Jim
