I think I counted 21 and we had to have a second table to get everyone seated.  I took a few pictures with the phone, but I think a couple of folks actually had camera's and maybe they will post them.  Good to meet several for the first time.  Let's get some more ride time in before it gets too hot again.  cooldude

Very nice to meet everybody and their lovely ladies, next time i will bring my fiance, no my wife, seeing as how we are gettin hitched 4/21/14 next month, plan to drive off on the Valk draggin those cans with the "just married" sign on the back.

By the time i got back to the same gas station in Palatka 132 miles round trip on that tank of ethanol free 90 octane, 3.38 gallons puts my gas mileage at 39mpg, best ever, also she was idling even higher at about 1800 rpm. got home and turned down the idle screw to 900 rpm, something in the carbs must have broke free, or cleaned out, i should say. guess my bike enjoyed the ride as much as i did. looking forward to the next meet. Just got back after meandering around back roads home.  Ended up with 220 miles.
Thanks for setting the lunch up.  Good seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
Hope everybody had a safe trip home.
Look forward to next time.

Sorry we missed this one but there will be more.
Had a work/celebration dinner Thursday night at a place called "The Hurricane" at the Dead River in Leesburg. Looks like a good candidate for a Valkyrie lunch in the near future.
Stay tuned.  cooldude

Wow - sure hope those lil Pollens don't miss 'em.........

Sounds like a good ride. Sorry to miss it but I went to the vintage race boat regatta in downtown Tavares today. Gorgeous boats and fun to watch them run. Will be going on tomorrow as well if anyone wants a place to ride on Sunday.
