The front brake pins are stuck pretty good.  I have been using PBBlaster but have not used any heat.  All I have is MAPP gas so I am not going to hit it with that.  Would a heat gun work?  The other bad thing is that over the years I have wobbled out the hole some to where none of the wrenches fit tight and want to walk out.

If I have to murder the pins I'm okay with that as long as I can find replacements before I take off on Thursday.

Any tips?

When you get it out, don't install it very tight. It does not need to hold anything together. Use some Never Seize. If you have an impact driver, try that. A long allen wrench and a hammer might work.

If you removed the calipers from the forks......put them back on, way more leverage that way

If you round out the holes, remove the caliper and try vice grips on the pins inside the caliper where the pads are.  Also a few good whacks with a hammer first to loosen things up.

Use a blunt metal punch that fits inside of the hole and give it a good sharp rap with a hammer. This  method almost always works.  There is a set of easy outs made by Roddick tools and some sold by Mac tools that are the best I have ever used. They are very short and work in the actual hole of the allen head.
