We are going to try to meet them here tomorrow at their gas stop.  They turn the pumps on and run all the bikes through then pay the bill.

Arrive: 11:30 AM

Supposed to be 200 motorcycles in the ride from Coast to Coast  2674 miles total.  It ends in Daytona tomorrow at 3 pm.

That looks like a fun one just to witness all these bikes rolling at once, going rt. 100E takes them past Palatka down the road from me. i have inlaws coming today to celebrate Mothers day but if this ride was delayed i would love to tag along for the final leg. Terry give me a call when they leave Starke if you decide to go. Thanks three 8 six, five 3 eight, 9 one one four.

Here is a link to some of the pictures from today in Starke.  I guess I failed to press the button all the way down when I took a picture of Iris and Kyle.  He and Herschel Walker signed our flyer.  Also Bobby Allison and Harry Gant of Nascar fame were there. http://s288.photobucket.com/user/fsixrider/slideshow/Kyle%20Petty%20Charity%20Ride

I didn't see a Valkyrie other than ours all day.  Mostly Harley Davidson's and Victory's.  We just happened to park in front of a church building that turned out to be where they lined them up after refueling.  Iris talked to a couple of the lady's that gave her a lot of information about the particulars of the ride.
When you pay your fee they transport your bike to the starting point.  Entry level fee is $10,000.  You just take your luggage down to the lobby in the mornings and it gets moved to the new hotel and placed in your room for the night.  One guy said that he didn't remember stopping at a light or stop sign.  Coca Cola gets to each gasoline stop ahead of them and loads up coolers with drinks and water.
We had talked about meeting them along the way for several years.  It was interesting.

I wouldn't have minded sitting in the shade and people/bike watching, thanks for posting Terry.
