Wow, that's pretty good.  Leave it to Wanderer to be both correct and incorrect at the same time!  Not the answer I'm looking for.  Anyone else want to try to indentify the device?

Yeah, but does it still play!? Cheesy

I dropped a camera once...pretty sure it was okay as it was in a padded case and kind of slid to a halt.

Turned around, found it, parked the bike, got off, and then watched as an 18-wheeler ran smack over the thing.

No pics of it though...for obvious reasons...
