Not about,,,, a 6 cylinder, but a 1 cylinder.    Wink

Can you use Techron, or Sea foam, in a small 2 stroke engine?     Undecided

My weed whacker runs like the fuel system could use a good flush...     coolsmiley

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I think seafoam will work but read the can before you take my word.  Grin I know I read it on a bottle somewhere.

My lawnmower-4 stroke one lunger and my weed wacker-2 stroke one lunger both get a dab of techron and stabil in the winter. This is the 6th summer for both. My lawnmower started for the first cut this year on the first pull. The weedwacker on the other hand was a little more obnoxious-3 pulls to git her out of her slumber.  2funny And when I say a DAB probably an ounce-ounce and a half to a gallon. The lawnmower uses no oil between changes and with synthetic 2 stroke oil in the mix the exhaust is not visible while it's operating. Yer results may vary.  coolsmiley And as an aside-the weedwacker has to be shut down with the kill switch. It idles very nicely when warmed up. RIDE SAFE.

I've used Sea-foam in my 2 stroke, 4 stroke gas motors and diesels for years.

I have a bunch of 2stroke yard toys.

I dose my mix with Seafoam, Techron, Berryman's all the time.  They seem to like it.

Eventually, they need new plugs and air filters anyway.

Yep, Sea-foam is good stuff, but, it doesn't keep sparklers or filters from needing replacement every now and again.   Wink
