My plans have changed with the frequency of a HAM radio over the last few weeks, but finally have a set plan.

Debbie (Texas Deb) is riding her purple Valk to Inzane this year. That's a big ride for her and I have plotted a ride starting in Taylor (I'll ride to Taylor early Friday and then start the "official" route) and staying off the interstates to get to Asheville.  The ride starts on Friday, stops in Natchez, MS, then in Gadsden, AL before the final push on Sunday to Asheville.  7 hours riding on Friday, 8 hours Saturday, 6 hours Sunday.  It's not a twisty ride, not a high speed ride, just a comfortable, go through small town ride across multiple states.

I know that Disco, TJ, Hayhauler are taking a route that includes the Natchez Trace and then riding with Smokin' Joe and the Wild Bunch through the Smokey Mountains, Deals Gap, etc.

Early Bird is leaving Saturday to head over to Laurel MS and then on to Asheville on Sunday.

So if there are other riders not currently associated with a trip leaving from the Austin area on Friday morning, send me a PM and I'll send you the route I'm going on with TxDeb.
