Upper Radiator Hose
«
on:

Just pulled Carb bank out today and notice the upper rad. hose buried in there. Going to replace it before I put the carbs back in. Just wondering if the carbs had to be pulled to replace hose or can it be changed with the carbs in place.

The thermostat can also be serviced without removing the carb bank.

Only the radiator needs to be moved/pulled. ONE note of caution, pay attention to the clamps and the direction they are in. If you position them correctly they can be re-tightened at a later date with a long extension and socket or long nut driver of the correct size without having to move anything.
