+1. as far as I know the bags are the only thing that is interchangeable they are exactly the same bags. on the shadow message boards some have actually fitted the larger valkyrie tank.

Hey Larue: I have a set of valk hardbag mounts sitting around with a few scrapes and will need cleanup, cheap.

Thanks tank for the offer however i do have a set of valk bag mounts on the bike now, i just like the rear crash bag set up (on the Ace tourer) in front of the bags without the rail around the bags for a clean look. have been looking for champions valk rear crash bar guard for a while now and no luck.

As a former Valkyrie and ACE Tourer owner at the same time, I'm with you, I like the guards from the ACE better than the Valk's.

But no, they won't fit.

The guards are actually there for different things on the ACE and the Valkyrie. The Valk stops the bike from falling over, and the ACE protects the bags.

My brother now has my ACE and I have a spare Valk bag mounts.
