What is this connector for?
«

I am putting the old girl back together after paint and ran into this while wiring up the rear lights and signal harnesses. Cant find anything to connect this to. Question is about the white, rectangular connector on the left.
2000 CF (no CB)
As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

If I remember right it's the plug-in for your trunk lights

Roger that TJ....can't believe I missed that. But, then again, I have been saying that a lot on this project.
Thanks again for the help.

Just plugged mine back in. That is your trunk wiring.

Thanks I'll go pull the CB off the shelf and look at it's connectors to see if they match up.

There is a white plug in one of the clear boots with three or four pins. It's for the trunk speakers if you have them. If you don't, let it be.
