Hello, been doing the timing belt fuel/vacuum hoses on the ST and woul realy like to make sure the carbs are synched this time ,is Dag s outfit somewhere close by ?

The valk is fairly straight forward installing the timing belts. on the St there is only one so it s a little tricky to have all timing marks staying aligned .I had to change the iddler pulley as the one on the bike was rumbling a little .Also, the easiest way I found was to start on top left than iddler pulley than right than driving pulley than over the tensioner. The manual has a different way of doing it.As for the synchroniser I guess no one knows where it s at ,so I bought my own! cooldude Wink

Maybe it's too early in the morning for me but what does this mean?
I take it your saying there's only one timing belt on a Standard?

The carb sync tool was in the "VRCC" cabinet last time I looked.
