Just installed these and love them. Don't know how well they do at night, but sure can see them in the daylight. No connections with these lights. Can be bought at several places. I think they are made by Bike MP3. Easy to put in and easy to hook up. I put a switch on mine.

Let me know what you think of them. Bike MP3 has a set of very powerful LED driving lights as well, and some kind of lights are on the short list of upcoming mods.    Smiley

I like them also. The only reason I didn't get them is I don't ride at night. I like riding at night, but so many deer around here. I think you would be well satisfied with them. If you need only driving lights that are well seen the ones I just put in works great. It lights up the front end very well. I like the way the fit in. They come so you can plug them in the factory wiring. I added a switch to mine. These doesn't draw much power, but I still like being able to control them. I will have to take a picture and post it.

David, I also looked at the ones you have for my F6B. I like the ones that Mr. Ritsema pointed out, but like you, I don't ride at night so I'm just looking for something to light up the front end in daylight. Did adding the switch increase the difficulty of installation? Thanks!

Not really. You have to remove it to get to the power source. I had put in a switch from radio shack. the wire you are looking for is tucked down below the radio control on the left hand side. They send a piece to plug in there and all it is a loop to tie the hot wire in. I just cut the loop into and wired my switch there. When you remove the lower cowl there is a plug taped up for the lights to plug into. The ones I have plugs in there and then either put the loop plug in by the radio or switch. To honest if I hadn't already installed a switch I would have just put the loop in. These doesn't pull much of a load at all. Wished I had bought these from the get go. If you have any problems I can maybe help. I can PM you with my home number. If if doesn't rain to bad tonight I might see how well they do at night.

I just ordered some cowl LED lights from Electrical Connection.  Lewis didn't have a clue about the new Valkyrie, but I did some looking and the cowl is the same/same as the '12+ Wing & F6B.  So, I ordered 'em up.

I like amber fogs.  I don't ride at night due to some vision issues, but want some more visibility during the day vs cagers.  I typically wear a bright yellow Nolan helmet and love the amber running lamps on my Wing.  Stand out like crazy !!

Check out the Electrical Connection's web site.  I'd past it here, but my computer is screwed up.  I have the same/same operating system and hardware as the IRS.

I think they are plug n play and like $384.95 plus shipping.

Check them out.  EC has other options as well ... BRIGHT WHITE is there, too.

Just got back from a night ride to check out the single lights I put on. Like the goldwing the F6B has awesome lights. Don't know about the new Valkyrie. Anyway they did way better than the driving I had installed. For someone looking for driving lights and lights to help out at night I would go with the double lights like the ones Dave posted. I'm very pleased with mine and stood up for what I wanted in a daylight driving light. They do light pretty  good close to the bike. But fade real quick about 6 to 8 ft from the bike. These were designed for daylight, which are great. They did state at the website what they would do and they do that. So Dave you might want to get the double ones and give us a review on them.

Just installed the Bike MP3 960's on my Valkyrie.  Extremely bright white light.  They make a huge visibility difference during the day, cars magically stop pulling out in fron of me now.  They are wede beam so at night they provide good side light, not a spot light.  I put these on for daylight visibility and they work excellent.
