Kudos to Tires Plus in Eau Claire!

So I bought a new Dunlop Elite 3 rear tire, and it came in today. I already had the old tire off right when the UPS guy pulled in the driveway. I was planning to go “Darkside” but after my wife found out she didn’t like the idea so she offered to buy me a proper cycle tire. That’s great ‘cause it saves me the $200 that I have to spend on a speeding ticket!!

I was going to pull the tire off my self, but had a hell of a time breaking the bead so I thought I would at least try and see if I could get a tire place to do it for me. Took it to Tires Plus and the cashier said that they couldn’t do it, but I persuaded him to at least try, then Jeremy came in, he was skeptical also but after looking it over they placed it on the machine and in about 2 minutes they had it off!! I asked him if he would want to try and put the new one on, and in about 2 more minutes I was walking out the door!! I paid Jeremy an undisclosed amount, and was tickled pink!!

Brought it home, installed some Dyno Beads and I’m on the road again!! By the way, if you ever get a chance to install those Dyno Beads, you’ll love ‘em!! Talk about a smooth ride!!
