Went for my afternoon ride and as usual I will play with anyone on the phone. At a stop light a guy was on the cell and I blew air horns one time. Shocked He looked at me with a " eat SH**and die" look and started to give me some lip. I pointed to the 9MM on my hip and rode off. The next light ,there he was, showing me his badge, COP. I guess I had a SORRY look on my face because he started laughing and then gave me a thumbs up. He said it was his wife calling and he had to pick up. Glad I got a guy with a sense of humor. Anyway, I will always give Cagers sh** when they are are the CELL. They are TEXING, boy do they get SH** from me. My air horn`s will stop all talk for a minute. I know I should not give Bikers a bad name, but I want to die of my own screw up, not some numb-nuts on the cell.

The truckers are getting real bad about cell phone use.  Today, I was at a traffic light watching this semi trying clumsily to get around the corner.    You know it...holding the cell phone in his left hand. uglystupid2

I took this from the Delphi board so some of you may have seen it already. It happened about 20 miles from my home in Jefferson Wisconsin in early July.

This is one where the horns would not help. This was a cell phone user that was texting at the time she struck the bike. The biker ended up in the bed of the pick up truck. The bike and truck were stopped at a red light when she struck him. I have been told that the biker is OK, no serious injuries.

Completely anecdotal findings......
A few months ago I left work early about 4:30 to go to a chiro appointment {rear ended twice in my truck at stoplights over the years:tickedoff:} & decided to do a little survey as I rode. Only 30 blocks to the doctors office through a sidestreet way & I counted 38 people on cell phones! Stopped counting about 20 blocks away from work.  ???
Unbelievable!
Nothing  meant by this... but only 2 of the cell yappers were male.
Just my observations. Undecided
