Geez you guys are slow, I've known about that since he first hooked up with them. I suggested that site to him since that's where his interest appeared to be. Granted, he asked a lot of questions re. his Valk when he first got it. So did I nearly 12 years ago and I'd venture a guess so did most everyone else when they first got that bike. I've also met the man in person and had some dealings with him. If you haven't, you're misjudging. 'Nuff said!

So if you didn't want to find him, Pappy, why did you go looking for him?  I'm reasonably certain he never felt very welcome on the board here. He's gone now so let a sleeping dog lie. Shame really. Angry

Not looking for anyone. He and I apparently have the same taste in bikes.
Was perusing the pages of the Naked Goldwing forums, saw the bike and recognized something familiar about the surroundings in the photo. Looked up at the top to see where the photo was taken and who posted and lo and behold.........
Once the BMW sells I may be on the hunt for one of these. Already gaining knowledge on them and seeing what the different looks are.

Sorry, but this topic made me laugh. Leave it to Pappy. But only because it made TJ (and me) come out of the woodwork to comment on his favorite topic. Hey, TJ ... did you ever put that b-seat back on your bike?  Evil  But hey, seriously ... how's that cool dog of yours? Any new pics of him (or her) on a ride?

Thanks Pappy but it seems like the same warm reception just another day.
