August FFR is still on, August 16th @ noon. Here is a few places that have been suggested or sound interesting.

Santa Fe Cafe, www.santafecafeks.com ,Jerry Barker has four $50 food vouchers here for $15, he is willing to share with the group. They expire in November I think he said.

Nelson's Landing, www.nelsonslandingks.com ,was suppose to be a earlier ride that got moved due to a conflicting poker run.

Stearman Bar and Grill, www.stearmanbarandgrill.com , sounded kinda neat.

160 Cafe, we know this CFS and possum pie!

Beaumont Hotel, www.beaumonthotelks.com ,is another interesting sounding place.

Name your choice or name another.

The promotional value of $50 expires in November. The purchase value of $15 doesn't expire. So if I don't use them by November, I can still use them at a later date for the $15 amount. Just offering to share but willing to ride anywhere for August ride.

Anyone is welcome to them. If we go somewhere else in August I will bring them in case someone wants one for another time.

I'll cover the first $200 of the bill! That covers about 13 chicken fried steak lunches with salad and ice tea.

How's that for an incentive for a good turn out!!  Shocked Shocked Shocked

That's a tough call.  I'm not sure I can complete 13 chicken fried steak lunches but I'm willing to make a run at it.   Smiley

The cafe has a Facebook page for those interested in more information. I've exchanged several emails with the owner. She is asking for the number of people expected to attend and the number of chicken fry steaks that will be ordered. She prepares them fresh daily. She also expressed concern over prepping for our visit and no shows if weather is not good. This is a small business that cannot afford to prep an extra ~10 CFS dinners and then have no shows. Hopefully, if rain on Saturday, all will either ride or cage it so we can get together.

I replied to owner that I will give her attendance and CFS order numbers Wednesday. Please advise who will attend and if CFS will be orderd, by Tuesday pm.

Thanks

Thanks

Count us for two CFS dinners, I'll be bringing my Dad. I'll see if Dale wants to tag along, but he can RSVP on his own.
I'll be caging it as I'm not riding yet but Dang it, I kinda miss you guys!

Sorry I am late I will be attempting to be there Jerry if it is not to late I would also like to get a CFS. But, I am, as usual, a last minute make or break status! So if we are out of CFS's I will find something else on the menu. Thanks for setting this up!
