Hey North-westerners: After much "ado" we have finally put dates on a ride to meet some of our fellow enthusiasts.
WhooRay and I are planning to ride up to north Idaho/CoeurD'Alene area Friday August 22, and then riding around the area, and perhaps even as far as Murray, ID. We're still open to suggestions, but we have this much nailed down:
1: We will arrive in CDA the evening of Aug 22
2: We plan to spend Saturday, the 23rd meeting folks and perhaps riding the area.
3: We will be headed home on Sunday, the 24th
As far as where we meet/ride to, it depends on who is coming and where a good place to meet them would be.

I just got home from there today. Spent three days with my daughter playing at silverwood. I can't make it back for the valk meet up. Plans already made for that weekend. :(Sounds like a good time will be had.

That's a bummer for us that are going. Was really hoping we could meet up. Im sure there will be other times. So far there are 3 maybe four of us going to Inzane in June from Idaho. If you go Im sure we could hook up and ride out together. |

Gina and I will be leaving Seattle Friday and will be in CDA Saturday morning. Let us know where you are staying and you can count us in!! We also are going to Inzane XV and would love to ride in with you guys.

Just got back from a week in the Black Hills and saw this post. I have family coming
in from 8/20-27. Will have to miss this one, but will watch for other meet ups in the future.

Our plan currently is to arrive friday evening and have dinner at the Conklin cafe: http://www.conklingmarina.net/about.htm I'm thinking around 7:30 or 8:00 but it depends on traffic. Saturday morning we'd like to meet at "La Peep" 1884 W Bellerive Ln, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 around 9:00 AM if that works for everyone. By all means, speak up if that is not workable. Funny stuff. Esp because I have had the same idea for several years. Way out in the sticks up here, we have a Naked Mountain Winery and Vinyards. I have wanted to strip but for bvds, and hold my helmet over them with the bike in the picture, in front of the sign. One of these days. A great money shot (probably not a calendar shot).  Very little traffic, but with my luck the school bus comes plugging along.    |
