cooldude Yes, Billy and I had a nice little ride today but, the clouds were looming low pretty early around the GBA, (Greater Brooksville area).
Both of us had our taste buds aligned for some On Q BBQ around noon, however combined minds determined that it might be best if we headed back south to grab a bite. We drifted into G Peppers on Gunn Hwy. for some pretty good fair along with conversation with a few locals. We both played VRCC ambassadors today encouraging one with a orange and black Valkyrie to join us online, and also put word out about the availability of several Valkyries to an HD rider looking for a little more. I think Billy doing the nickel trick really stirred his interest.
Got into a little rain on the way home, that was just enough to poach salmon pretty well done.
I'm heading up to Kennesaw, Georgia (north of Atlanta) for a little ride on Tuesday to visit the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive history. As a few know, I have an interest in locomotives. The museum is home to the "General" locomotive. Kennesaw is known for a law requiring each home to have a firearm. Planning to get back home Thursday if the weather works out or I don't get too side tracked.

If you are ever in the Area, visit the St Louis Museum of Transportation. They have one of the largest collections of locomotives in the US. Well worth the trip, I have been there several times.

Hey James - While you are up in Kennesaw see what the rates of home invasions are compared to the rest of the country. Might be interesting!
