If ya know the size, length and thread you could probably get them at Ace Hardware.

I haven't seen a set up you are referring to so this will probably be a dumb question to you.

Are they chrome, stainless or just regular coated bolts.

They would be chrome but there are a series of spacers that go along with the bolts so the hanger cover sits level.

Every time this comes up for me (and it has several times buying used parts with no (or lacking) hardware), I try to find a copy of the original Honda instal sheet because it always includes a parts list with nut and bolt sizes.... except it never gives any dimensions on spacers.

I looked around a little and could not find it.

I did find this:  (scroll to last product)    http://www.carolinabikeandtrike.com/Covers1.htm

Valkyrie owners have long been plagued by the cumbersome spacer system used on the left hand engine hanger.  This kit uses studs and nuts to replace those spacers and make removal for service a snap.

Big BF also sells the engine hanger hardware.   http://www.bigbf.com/product_sale/

(You'll need to scroll down a few products.)
