Woohoo!!!! Let's ride!!!!

« on: August 09, 2009, 05:19:50 PM »

Well we made it to Hawaii and all is well. It's great here and we are having a really good time. the fun started in Vegas where we met our daughter, her husband and the grandkids. My grandson was playing around in the terminal and saying "Hi" to folks, he just happen to say hello to our flights co-pilot. she was as nice as could be to him and told his mom when we got aboard to knock on the cockpit door and say "Aidan here, let me in". so he did and grandpa had to go too for the picture taking.

The flight was long but we made it here fine. We are staying at Bellows Air Force Station courtesy my Son-in-law and it's pretty nice here. We have the best cabin possible, we are the last on the street and the beach is less than 30 out the door. We have to walk less then 60 feet to be in the water and we have a fresh water rinse off and a picnic table on the patio that is convient as ever could be. The view is FABULOUS!!! These pictures are from on the patio just out to back door.

One more perk, we're on base so all my socks and swim trunks are being guarded 24-7 via 9mm and M16 armed guards. Believe me, she's a lot meaner then she looks patrolling on her Segway!!

I wish all of you were here with us but since I know you couldn't, please send more money!

Raymond, RHonda and the kids.

Looks like ya had way too much fun,

However, I didn't see a motor anywhere except for that Segway.

So this must of been Grandpa's birthday present.

I wish you would have told me that before yesterday. Guess what, after an hour or two of boogie boarding, your head gets burnt where the hat usually covers. Have you ever seen Scott when he's got a good raccoon face burn going? I about match that today.

Thanks for the tip anyway...
