Saw a Valk on the side of the road

Yesterday evening we were heading south on I75 in Georgia. At about 8:30 PM, somewhere near mile markers 280-295. 

I spotted a Valk rider on a black standard with long truck stacks that appeared to be pushing his bike (out of gas maybe?). The next exit was al least a mile up the road with an uphill exit ramp.

I wished that I could have given him assistance. But my wife and daughter were already fighting with me as I was driving behind schedule (taking daughter to college in FLA).

If anyone knows this rider, or he is OK,....please let us know. We are becoming a shrinkng breed. I appologize that I could not stop or help.
