Nice looking set of Two Bros. 6x6 pipes in the classifieds. Good price, shipping included.
I always wanted a set of these, but happy with what I have.

Just the opposite, Cobras steal the HP

Mase, a longtime VRCC contributor, has referenced the $100 per HP rule.  Let's see how that rule works out with commonly available Valkyrie modifications.

Modification   $                (street price) years ago                                   Horsepower Gain
Trigger Wheel                        16                                                                            3-4
LaMonster supercharger     3,500                                                                             32
Dyna 3000                           285                                                                            3-4
VMC exhaust                     1,000                                                                              12
Web Cam/TBR cams             425                                                                                5
VMC heads + VMC headers 2,300                                                                              25
LaMonster supercharger/TBR pipes/rejetting   5,000                                                   47
TBR 6-into-2 Slashcuts       1,050                                                                               8
Cobra 6-into-6's                    620                                                                     Minus 8

          NOTES:

Prices do not include shipping.  HP gains are from credible reports to the VRCC Tech Board.
1: The use of premium is required, so the cost/HP is deceptively low if you run regular now.
2: HP gains with a stock exhaust.
3: VMC quotes 12 HP gain on its Web site, but posts a dyno chart showing 16 HP gain on a stock Interstate.  The figure above may be understated.
4: From VMC: "We have developed a system that will yield as much as a 25 HP and 20 ft. lbs. increase over your stock setup when used with VMC Performance Exhaust and Dyna 3000 ignition."  Once again, these figures may be conservative.  If so, hats off the VMC for not exaggerating.
5: The 142 HP figure reported here was achieved with some additional shop time/dyno time to find the optimum jetting, which I have arbitrarily estimated at $500.
6:  It is reported that Web Cam offers a more aggressive grind which gives more power on the top end, at the expense of low-end power.  I have not heard any reports of the HP gains of this more aggressive grind, however.
7:  The Dyna 3000 allows for an increase in the rev limiter, which may be the key to unlocking real-world performance gains, as modifications (especially supercharging) frequently push the power band up the RPM scale.  Additionally, the Dyna 3000 has a retard mode, which may be essential for a supercharger installation.  In that regard, the $285 valve spring kit from VMC should also help unlock safe HP gains at the top end of the scale.

I put a set on my Tourer and went to Leesburg.  Took them off when I got back home.  In my opinion they are just too loud for comfort.  Now they do sound cool though.  But you need ear plugs.  MichealK has them and loves them.  He even has had them rewelded a couple of times.

Yep, Mikey sure does have them. Back about '06(maybe?) with the first InZane in Paducah, he and I rode up together. After about 10 miles of following him I had to take the lead. Going through the underground passages through Atlanta he was gunning it and then backing off. Good grief what a racket.  Grin  Those were some good times with our now western brother.

I did email the guy yesterday to say I would have them, I must have been one of the first as they had only just been listed.

Not heard a word back from him and it does concern me that it is his first post. I did explain that I am in the UK but I do have an address in Florida to ship to.

My old next door neighbor had them on his Valk. I absolutely loved the deep tone. They sound like no other that is for certain.
My shorty strait pipes I had with no muffler were the loudest I've ever experienced on a Valkyrie, that's how I got my ear plug addiction. However they sounded like crap, mine were very loud and higher pitched and echoed horribly. The good thing, no riders would get near me Grin They all complained of the noise, even the full helmet riders.

I like the look very much of the 36"truck stacks with Grumpy's tips sticking out slightly from the bags. Best look going on a Valkyrie and I can screw in/out different glass packs for different tones.
