I have been looking for a source for fenders to get this look.  They used to be sold in Germany. If anyone has info on how to obtain similar parts I'b be much obliged.

I copied your Bobber's engine set up for my Black Standard. Same Blacked GW valve covers and Black engine.  
I like that Blacked out look.

That is the EXACT one I've been searching for. That 'shorty' rear fender is the exact look I'm after, but I can find nothing about it. Anyone know? Who did it? Where did the rear fender come from?

In fact I have been thinking it is perhaps an OEM fender cut down, but hard to tell. Does anyone have any more info on this rear fender and light?

I cannot really see from this picture, but it looks like this is nothing more than removing the lower half (of the two-piece) rear fender.  (as said above)

The edge may be have been dressed up a bit, and a tail light (likely LED with built in signals) and a mudflap may have been added under the upper fender half.

The front is likely a VTX fender (and struts).
