So I just did the smog delete.my bike ran great for 5 minutes then I ran out of gas. Filled it up, wouldn't start. Carbs were empty. We had to pump air through the vacuum line going to the tank to get gas flowing again. I'm down to the one vacuum lime going from the center carb on the right hand side up to the tank. My gas cap leaks a little. I can hear it.

Do I need to connect more vacuum lines to get more pressure? Is there a certain psi I need to maintain the pressure in the tank? Is it partially because of the gas cap leak?

There is no pressure in the tank. Check the petcock vacuum line and also check the gas line for a bent or squeeze. You need vacumm at the petcock to make it open and deliver fuel

One line from the center carb on right side to the tank ? What does that mean ?
If using the OEM style petcock, only one vacuum line should remain. It doesn't make any difference which one goes to the petcock, but, its usually #6, not #3.
I hope the line you speak of isn't going to the tank vent. The tank vent needs to be free and open.

PSI in the tank?  What!  Its a gravity fed deal.  To where did you attach that vacuum line to the tank?  If you used the vent at the tail of the tank, hopefully now its not attached there but to the petcock.  You should now redo the vent, which is a line from that 90° vent tube to the kickstand mount with a 3 way connector in the middle as a syphon break (line top and bottom, open to the side)
