Well done!!! We are at 10011 posts!
Take a break if you want although this is turning out to be pretty fun.
Grabbing a glass....4 cubes of ice....and some Atlantico Dark rum, just enough
to cover the ice. Oh yesss!

Way to go, Eddie! This rum's for you!

Point taken Paps!  Lips Sealed

By the way, have you ever had an injury that affects the sciatic nerve? It will stop you dead in your tracks; no riding, no bending, little sleeping, painful walking, painful sitting, no golf....not much of anything. Other than that, you're pretty normal.

John, have you tried that sciatic nerve stretch?
Doug, it helps but a service injury still keeps it aggravated; that, plus the years! Lightning bolt hit the tail of a B-47 I was working on doing a compass swing and wiring repair out in the boondocks. Didn't get much of a jolt, just enough to knock me and another guy off the end of the wing just as we were scrambling to get off. Probably a good thing actually, it jumped from the wing to the other guy's tool box and almost totally melted it. If we had been hanging on the end of the wing just as it hit, it might have passed through one or both of us instead of jumping to the tool box. Those kind of experiences help to make a person a bit more philosophical about where he's headed in life....and beyond.

Finally had the MRI yesterday, have the follow-up next Tuesday. Hope it gives some direction for the dr. re. treatment. Some days are fine, other times I can't tie my own shoes....or bend my leg enough to put them on to begin with. It sets off what feels like a white hot poker running from the top of your butt cheek to the top of your foot. Sorta grabs your attention.

Hey Doug,

Can you enlighten me on what you mean with this stretch? In fortunately in am a fellow sufferer, with sometimes left, sometimes both, but usually right leg. Anything with even a hint of a promise of relief is worth trying in my book. I know (and do) a bunch of excercises but yours may be something different.
Thanks, Pete
