Hey that Triumph in the first picture is the one I would buy today if I was in the market.  I like the pipes on each side.  We used to have meet up's for lunch all over the state with a totally different cast of characters.  Thanks for keeping the Florida VRCC going.

I hit a monsoon on the way home....just what I didn't want to see.  Drove that back tire on the Max like Miss Daisy would and it all worked out. Was good to see everyone!
Actually rained so hard that I ended up stopping at Champions on the way home. Inside and outside of the shield was to the point I couldn't see well enough anymore. They opened the door and started laughing....looked like a drowned rat I guess. Got even by leaving a water trail as I walked through!
Talked to a guy that had just bought a new CB1100 a week or so ago. So far he really likes that bike. Said it is silky smooth to drive. Told him I also own a Valk so I can relate to the feeling.

I can relate to the monsoon, we went across to webster and were going to take 471 south, there was a wall of rain, so we cut back over to 301 and managed to get around it. North of us it looked real bad, that was probably what you hit.  But the good part, only seen a few love bugs. I think they are about over.

We made it home with no rain.  But the roads were wet from a recent shower.  Great ride today.  I'll post pictures after they have uploaded to Photbucket.  For now there is this one of our Z'Hills hostess received just as we left River Rats.  Guess sending her a shot of the group created a reaction.   uglystupid2

Real nice pictures and looks like y'all had a nice ride. Pappy, glad you got through that rain safely. See lot's of faces I don't recognize.  Looking forward to meeting some new members at the Pizza Party. That's a nice look for you there Sherri. Who belongs to the pretty blue & white I/S? I see Murph's bike, or what looks like Murph's bike,  but not the Murph! Thanks for sharing the ride with us who had to work.

Aw, miss seeing you guys & gals!  And Murph!  I see him behind Grumpy ... haven't seen that cool guy in ages. Next ride for sure. Thanks for the photos. Especially that one of Sherry. Now everyone can pick on her for a change.   Grin
