Well I Have Been Trying To get This Leg To Heal And It Is Coming Along, But Slowly. I Just Got Rid Of The Wound- Vac After About Eight Weeks . I Had To Have A PICC Inserted For Antibiotic IV Injections For The Last Six Weeks And The Doc Says That It May Take A Year Or More For My Leg To Completely Heal. Other Than That I Am Doing Well. I Have A Couple Of Winter Projects To Tackle But Should Be Able To Move Around On The Bad Leg In Another Month Or So. I Look Forward To Riding This Winter.

Great news! Glad to hear you are progressing, it is no fun listening to the Dr and resting but ... The alternative is not worth the risk so rest up for your winter projects, the riding is best then anyway. Looking forward to hearing more about the purple hot rod that the cat drug in.

Glad to hear it's still healing Bert, just wish it was faster for you. Seems your staying busy anyway. Now that we are cooling off, will ride up that way pretty soon.

Bert sure sorry this has taken so long. Glad to hear healing is progressing. Hope to see you on the bike sometime soon. We arrived in FL yesterday afternoon. Looking forward to meeting up with some people soon for a ride.

You Know How Life Is , It Kinda Feels Like You Have Seasons In Your Life As You Get Older. Dealing With This Broken Leg And Everything Else That Life Can Throw Me Lately I Am Not Only Waiting For Cooler Weather I Am Wanting This Season To Change And For This Leg To Be Healed.
