OK, so it's Knockers, but that always conjures up....never mind. Had a good ride today, felt good to get out on the bike after a fairly long hiatus. Much larger turnout than I expected but was a good day for it. The old girl ran great the entire time, about 190 miles total. Sure glad I had the chaps and jacket liner on this morning, plus my full helmet with the face shield. Running about 73-75, the temp got up to 180F and stayed there until I hit traffic once back in town. All in all, good gathering with some good folk. I enjoyed meeting our friend from Sao Paulo but the name slips my alleged mind....was it Mark?? Until next time.

It was a good turn out. Always good to see you getting in the wind John. I'm sure it does you
good. Just got home riding with Nicks friend on the HD, nice guy. Liked the place, good food and I
think we should do it again sometime. Now if only I can get that gator to bite Pennie's arse
all would be good with the world    Roll Eyes

Great ride.  Good to see old friends and make new ones.
Glad you got the best of that gator Mike.
Food was excellent.

Had a fun, fun time at our Stump lunch meet! The weather was perfect, the food and service were good, and the company of our VRCC was outstanding. But there are several members who should be called out for extra attention:

John, who always has a smile and encourages us through his example of overcoming trials to just get out there and ride. And Bert, who has rejoined us on rides after enduring a difficult injury (good to see you back, buddy!)

Gator Boy (a/k/a Sixlow) who threw himself on the grenade--or gater in this case--to defend our group against reptile attack (BTW, special props for defending against certain comments made by BB...you will be remembered favorably in future posts   cooldude):

And BillyBoy, who really does enjoy being harassed (check out the begrudging smirk when I told him to mug for the camera):

Never a dull moment with this group!!

Now those are the kind of pictures I really enjoy seeing. I love the group shot and cameos. It's nice to see a lot full of the bikes but even nicer to capture some of the "Goings-On" . Very nice Penny  cooldude
