I am getting a woody fairing and want to install a left and right turn signal indicator.

From what I've read looking at the schematics, I can relocate the high beam and neutral to the fairing pretty straight forward.  I've purchased extra signal indicator from Honda direct.

Not great at reading wiring diagrams, but if I take the two pins/wires that went to the signal indicator in the head lamp, run  one of each of those to a separate indicator and then ground the other two indicator wires, I should then have a working solution.  From what I've read, on the original wire configuration, both wires are hot, and the switch alternates the other as ground.

Any help would be appreciated.  Trying to avoid electrical fires on my bike.

I contacted BR, He kind of got me in the ballpark, but couldn't remember the specific wires.

It had been a few years since he set up his fairing.

I think if you get in the headlight bucket with a meter you can figure it out.

I believe your plans may be correct.  I do know that the current that flows to the OEM indicator light is reversed between the left and right signals.  I had to use a special non-polarized LED bulb to replace the stock incondencent indicator bulb.

Tested out the new wiring and it works.  The signal indicator has two wires, in my case blue and orange.  Rewired so that the two wires going to that indicator was now split between two indicator harnesses.  The old one, and the new one. That left one  wire loose on each harness. Ran a ground to each of those loose wires, and tested it out.  Now have a left and right indicator.
