Adjust valves... 30 minutes...

Extract broken header bolt cause I was being stupid... 2 1/2 hours...  tickedoff

At least I got the broken bolt out without damage to the heads...

3 intake valves very tight... 2 exhaust valves very tight...

And now I go order a new header bolt...  Cry

Some day... SOME DAY... I'll have this bike running correctly again...

If your in a bind, let me know tonight. I have extra's and will express it to you in the morning. I will check again before 5:00 am when I'm leaving. If you need it, just include address in your response.
Do you need the nut? The threaded stud? Local bike shops should stock these, they are used on other metrics.

I think we're talking about different bolts... I'm talking about the 4 inch bolt that holds the valve cover on (1 of 12 bolts).

It's supposed to only have a few inch pounds of torque... I translate that to "three finger tight".  I guess I should have stayed with only 2 fingers.

According to the website, my new bolt will ship on the 22nd... hopefully I'll have it before the end of the month!!

Thought you were referring to "header bolt" for the exhaust. Sorry can't help you there. Good luck!
