Found a little place in Bradenton on state road 64 that has some Great Food... I had a burger & fries and a buddy had pulled pork.. It was the best burger I've had since giving up the ranch where I did all the meat... Good prices and GREAT FOOD... Anyone else want to go ??? Meet at 11:30 to kick tires and tell lie's.... real small place so don't be in a hurry... They take C.C. and cash...
It's about 4 miles east of 75

That's how you do it +1 The burger I had at the Hideaway on last Saturday's ride was nasty, The ride was awesome. I disposed of it quickly at the Yahalla Bakery So, I'm ready for a decent burger

I have been to the Hideaway 2 times and was not impressed with the food either. It does have nice scenery and the lake view is awesome. I may be down for this ride before Christmas kicks in and get all busy with family.

I definitely want to make that bakery a destination for lunch, and take out again.

We'll be there. We were going to ride north to Inverness for the day, but will be on the road the weekend after Christmas and have things to do still, and since it's in our neighborhood, why not? See you all there. Must be in the shopping center behind the Hess or BP station on Lakewood Ranch Blvd.

Ok so we love the ride there SO, we go to JB Boondocks and then the bakery! That is when we decide to Venture that way again. Also Buckhill road and the other hilly curvy roads just to the south of JB rock! I really enjoy that rt 48, that is nice road, just mind the dogs trying to mess up the Harley dude.

My burger was nasty as well, do like the ride there and the scenery but food leaves a lot to be desired.

Mine wasn't all that great at the Hideaway either. Kinda surprised really, that's not their normal fare. I've been there numerous times and never had that problem. Based on past experience, I'll go back. One bad visit out of many isn't enough to steer me away. As for the Yalaha Bakery, if you wnat some great food deli style, that's the place to go. You look at their big blackboard and build your own sandwich from the list of stuff on there.
I won't be making the ride this Saturday either.

I might be able to do this ride. May join you Nick if things work out. Have a Xmas party that night so I won't be hanging out down there for long.
