Wish I had worn my mesh jacket.  Got pretty warm.  Good to see everyone that showed up.  Let's see if I can remember.  Gary and Diane, Fred and Debbie, Mike and Liz, Casey and Lesa, Jeff,TJ,Billy and myself.  Later in the parking lot Craig showed up our "new" member from Jacksonville.
I stopped on the West side of the bridge at a tool place and saw TJ headed West.  He said something about Tallahassee and some chicken gizzards were calling him while we were talking in the parking lot.

I think Mike and Liz have the group shot but they said they were "shot" from the plane ride home and may be taking a nap.  Others might have some too.  But I understand, if no pics it really didn't happen now did it?

The ride up to Corky Bells was a straight shot. Up on Hwy 19 all the way to Palatka. Forest was nice but the road was arrow straight!
We remedied that on the way home though.
We went North from Corky Bells on 207 until we hit 206 and then straight over to the beach at Crescent Beach.
We could feel the cool air about 4 miles from the beach....nice!  Once on A1A the breeze was stiff enough to make it look a little foggy on the road....lots of salt air!
Went all the way South until we hit 40. Fueled up just shy of 95 then deadheaded through 40 past Astor then back roads back to Eustis. Lesa and I put on around 180 miles today and Billy Boy figures around 350 miles total for him today.
Washed off the salt immediately and cooked up some burgers and baked beans for Billy Boy, Lesa and myself....cigars....libations ... does it get any better?

Here is our newest Jacksonville member! He showed up on a super nice '98 Blue and Cream with the orange accent stripe. He was late so he automatically gets one demerit already!
Welcome "Movinbs" !

These guys were unruly as well....go figure! We gave them their very own table!

And what picture post would be complete without a picture of BB doing what he does best!  EAT!
Caught him with a mouth full of Oyster and Bacon sandwich.....nope, not kidding!

Stopped at the Hess on 50 today with a group of Southern Cruisers I was riding with and lo and behold there was a Valkyrie rider trying to find his way home from Palatka. I guess from the previous entry he finally made it.  Sorry I didn't get to make the ride yesterday.  It looks like you guys had a great day.  We didn't get back from Ohio until around 9 last night.  But I did get to ride 130 mi. today with the Cruisers and had a good meal at Ukelalie Brands  (sp.) in Land O Lakes.

Thanks Gil.

Roger, When are you coming back down? I'm flying back North to CT in the morning for business and do't return until Sunday the 11th. We just got back from a weekend in Charleston.

While we had a great time, I'm sorry we missed this Corky's Bells ride. Sad

We are in Florida now until late April. Stay the heck out of the north.  It is too cold.
