Did a 400 mile ride today . Went up thru the Mohave Preserve, up to the Hoover Dam, Kingman and back home. That preserve is some beautiful country but those roads are tore up BAD. Saw 3 cars that had bent front wheels from the potholes. I was thinking I would meet you guys at Kelso Station on the upcoming ride, but I know Brenda would NOT like that road. We will probably meet up with you guys in Nipton or Searchlight. You guys be careful going thru the preserve. See you in a couple weeks cooldude

Thanks for the heads up. I guess we'll have to slow down on that stretch.

Yeah Dave we made it thru no problems. But there were some sections where it was 40-45 so you could pick your line thru the potholes. Some are BIG.

Yeah me and 3 other riders. Actually I think a person would be better than in a car. I think it would hard to dodge them in a vehicle . I really liked the rock formations, dunes, and Joshua trees. It was just a shame you couldn't look around because you had to keep your eyes peeled for potholes. You guys will be fine, just be aware some of them are BIG.
