My dragbike had blown it's 3rd motor and I am waiting on parts.  I went to visit some friends racing and the weather was nice so I rode the valk to the track.  Needless to say i started making passes and then came out for eliminations.  I ended up runner up in a field of 13 bikes.  I had the other bike covered but I had my best 60' time and I could not get shut down enough.  I broke out by .013.
Does anyone race a valk on a regular basis or even take a pass every now and again?

I made a few passes on mine, before the fat tire. when I popped the head of my gs, I ran the valk that day cuz I was in it for points. I finished the day on the valk, at the time, running 10.78 @127mph

made a few 1/8th mile passes with the fat tire.  .006 reaction 3.997@101 mph

You are far from stock on a stripped down bike by that time

A 3.995 in the 1/8 equates to like a 6.46  1/4 @ about 230 mph.....not bad

You would have to be real fast to only have a 101 trap.  Most promods don't run that fast.  ADRL had nobody under 4.20 at the race this weekend.  Sticky track is all I can say.  They are 400+ horse with a 350-400 lb chassis

Franco,

I copied this from the Texas Board: 8.4 and 80 mph.   1/8 mile track
