Took this pic out on RR 32 -- the Devil's Backbone -- near Camp El Rancho Cima this past Saturday the 21st…

Even though there are better views along this road, this spot was most definitely the safest!

Anyone else got February photos?  Let's see 'em!

Snow in Texas! Had to look up Allen, north of Plano, went to a two week school in Plano years ago. Snowed in Harlingen one time in my 58 years, so far. Know what people from Colorado say? "If god had meant for Texans to ski,,,, he would have made bullshit white"  Hope it warms up soon.  Firefighter

Yeah, winter hit here in Central Texas the day after my February photo was taken.  Freezing rain, sleet and snow flurries…even had my son's baseball tourney "iced" out this weekend.

But, our yearly week of winter is almost done and we'll be back to spring soon!  Cool

Nice route thru Nelsonville up to Fayetteville, then the back roads on into Roundtop. The views and ranch lands are great during the Bluebonnet season, can't wait for that time. There should be plenty of Bluebonnets this year with the amount rain we've been getting, Marburger is coming also. Where's the seat?

I picked her up in Fort Worth.  The seller was just off 35W near 820 Junction.  I was following GPS, so not too much help regarding the actual part of town.  You may very likely recognize the bike ... the seller gave me a framed VRCC Patch with the bike.  I pulled her home to Houston.

Bet it wasn't.  Walt's old lady beat the s@#& of of his bike and it was in her name, so she would have been selling it.  This one doesn't look beat up.  If it had a big temp gauge on the right side, it would be Walt's.

There is an IS listed on Craigslist with a big temp gauge mounted on the right side. A lady named Lisa said a guy drove up from Houston to pick it up. Just saying.

And, Walt's ex-old lady is named Lisa.

Too bad Walt doesn't have it anymore, but glad it's gone to a new, loving home.
