My wife complains about the stock foot pegs on our Valkyrie Std. being to short to comfortably rest her feet on.  Anyone else been "informed" about this problem and have any suggestions on a replacement passenger peg that would extend them out 2 to 3 inches?

When we bought our Valk, it had the Cobra passenger floorboards already on it. Have never had a complaint from her about it.

The Interstate passenger pegs extend 7" from the mounting flange, compared to 5 3/4 for the standard pegs. The extra 1 1/4" makes big difference, looks like 3" would be too much.
I have an extra set of I.S. pegs, PM me if you're interested.

These are what I used to move mine.  I just stacked some washers behind the part that covers the clamp.  (clamps not used)  I bought some longer bolts at the hardware store, drilled the hole out on the bike where the orginal pegs mount to take a 1/2 bolt. I got the pegs about where I thought they would work the best and tighten the dog#$@* out of them and they work perfectly since.  Grin http://www.hondadirectlineofshadyside.com/stores/product.asp?pid=6607&str=2&ID=841500481
