Our bill has been filed and had its first reading.  This is not motorcycle specific this year and will have a much better chance of passing than our stiffer penalties bills of past years.  Please read the text,  contact your House Rep, ask them to sign on as a co sponsor and or support this bill.

I will be going to Tallahassee in two weeks to meet with Senator Dean, and Representative Smith, to discuss the bill.  I will be joined by 300 plus motorcyclists who  feel it is wrong that someone can fail to yield,  injury us, quickly  go pay a fine, and nobody knew there was an injury, because a mandatory court appearance is NOT required! 

I am AMAZED that a ride to go eat somewhere will get five times the hits and comments, than a bill (legislation) that effects every single one of us!   But then again, only  a VERY small percent of our citizens vote!!!!!!!!!!
